The role of the US Business Development Manager is to ensure that VistaTEC continues to grow its US client base by adding new clients in accordance with our business development strategy.

The duties and responsibilities of an Account Manager involve all standard aspects of interfacing with client companies, scheduling and costing projects, and also managing the overall project flow in each of the organisation’s translation centres. In order to provide the customer with a comprehensive service, VistaTEC assigns one or more dedicated Account Manager to key customers. Analysts provide Account Managers with the information they need to prepare accurate project plans and budgets and optimise English source materials so as to increase production efficiency. The Documentation team is a strategic group who have specialist expertise within the areas of documentation and publishing. Specialists are responsible for guaranteeing the delivery of the highest quality online and printed manuals across 30 languages while also providing Account Managers with the information they need to prepare accurate project plans and budgets and optimize English source materials so as to increase production efficiency. The Help / User Assistance team has responsibility for all compiled and online help systems such as Windows Help, WebHelp and HTMLHelp from preparation for translation to final client delivery.
